ABOUT THE ROLE
Design app and product features under the Medicus umbrella, with incredible attention to detail and amazing standards for the quality of work you produce.
Design product features for mobile and web, in close collaboration with the rest of the product team
Support our marketing team with the design of creative marketing campaigns, materials and brand elements
Define, measure, implement and analyse key product success metrics
Lead user testing sessions with customers and collect data with A/B tests to make more informed design decisions
Learn from customer usage, and leverage feedback and data to continually iterate, innovate, and evolve the product
Your profile A creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about solving problems through intuitive design and building a flawless and pleasurable user experience, whether it’s executing on small design details or thinking about the user-journey and experience.
University degree in product or digital design, or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of relevant experience in digital product design
Fluent in English (an additional language is a plus, preferably German, French, Portuguese, Japanese or Arabic)
You’re comfortable working independently, while collaborating with remote and internationally distributed teams
